How Africa EOR Services collects and uses personal data on this website. Last updated September 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Africa EOR Services (“we”). We are the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, the country you are based in, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time) for security and to keep the site running.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for, and we do not pass it to the providers reviewed in our guides.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies needed to run and to protect the contact form from spam. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Where data is kept and for how long

Enquiries are stored in our email and client-management systems, hosted by reputable providers under contract. We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Server logs are rotated automatically.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and object to its processing. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within one month. Depending on where you are, you may also complain to your data-protection authority — for example the Information Regulator in South Africa or the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
